Call for Tender: EcoMind Eco Wall
As part of Kent 2020 scheduled in April 2010, the EcoMind partnership will have a pavilion within the eco-Zone.
Our aim is to have a wall of pictures capturing the overall climate challenge, project spirit and the audience present.
The designed wall will be used at our Kent 2020 event within the eco-zone, Kent 2020 is a key event for small businesses in the South East of England and last year Kent 2020 saw 350 exhibitors and 3,700 visitors. Useful link www.kent2020.co.uk
Kent 2010 will have its own eco-zone which will include display of eco-gadget, sustainable construction, exhibitors working on eco-solution and eco-services.
In addition, the designed panels would be use for other eco-innovation events.
The concept entails through visual display to express eco-innovation and sustainability starting from a global perspective driving to what it means to small businesses locally whilst inspiring them to embrace eco-solutions.
The proposal will need to take the following:
o Sustainability of the material used
o Panel size 970mm x 2352mm double-sided.

- As the project is sponsored by the EU and the Interreg region – they need to be represented
- The size of the pavilion as well as the overall location size: maximum coverage of 13 panels (970mm x 2352mm)
- Pictures will be printed both sides of the panels
- The type of visitor attending : micro businesses ( less than 9 employees)
- Integrate within the eco-zone
- The project focus: eco-innovation and sustainable design.
In line with EU procurement rule, this tender is open to all businesses however only written quotation will be accepted.
