Enterprise Taktix Limited is a subsidiary of Business Support Kent Community Interest Company, a not-for-profit company.

Our aim is to change lives through enterprise. By helping individuals to learn enterprise, Enterprise Taktix is successfully assisting people to come off benefits and go back into the workplace. We give the basic skills required for an enterprising workforce.

Taktix Programmes have been developed by real business people - based on collective experiences of over 25 years of successful business management.

Over the last few years we have been developing workshops and learning tools to try to make it easier for people to learn about enterprise and how to run a successful business in a highly effective and light hearted way.

We understand that basic skills are equally as important as business skills and so have created a baseline from which to progress - attitude, creativity, relationships and organisation. All of these skills are necessary for life and business and have been incorporated into our comprehensive and effective Taktix programmes.

Taktix games have been developed as a radical and adaptable approach to make the idea of business fun and user friendly. The games introduce enterprise in an enjoyable, non confrontational way, actively encouraging discussion and peer learning as well as making the player think about future options.

We realise that all audiences are different, so whatever your requirements, we can tailor a programme to suit you. Taktix programmes are already being successfully used in schools, universities and by publicly funded programmes which help people get back into employment.
